  1. And U’re ‘surprised’ by the legal ‘profession’ aiding & abetting in the theft of an elderly man’s property?
This Legal Industry ‘collusion’ happens on a daily basis wrt people summonsed to appear in Court for not having a TV license /paying the Tubridy Tax. They are summonsed to appear in court with NO PROOF of the allegation, then either have their ignorance of the law used to ‘prosecute themselves’ or if they pay a solicitor, they will plead guilty on their behalf…fora smaller fine, yet the total paid out remains the same.

Basic Law…to be brought to Court for ANY offense,Civil or Criminal, along with the summons, there must be evidence of the offense ENCLOSED ALSO…so,if It’s a parking fine, there will be a ticket number, same for litter, speeding, tax insurance, and for robbery even murder. HOWEVER, no proof, U DO NOT HAVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS UNTIL U SEE THE ‘PROOF’ AGAINST U, as that may be part of Ur defense.
Check out the FB page TV LICENSE RESISTANCE IRELAND’ where U can be legally told how to avoid paying the Tubridy tax….and as for the so called inspectors calling to Ur door?
U are NOT obliged to say anything to them, so say ‘as soon as they are identifying themselves “Sorry, not interested” and close the door in their faces
Be aware of Ur rights…KNOWLEDGE IS POWER…..and if U’re thinking sure it’s only €160 a year…that goes to pay Tubridy his €485,000 annual salary, or what it costs to employ TWO Hospital Consultants…
